Well, both artistic views represent just that: computer generated views, by an artist, of what the FINAL project WILL look like, once it's completed. As I post this comment, the entire project looks like any construction field, with lots of bulky materials, cranes, trucks and countless workers uniting to build this huge casino complex. I hope this clears the air about the "artist view" matter!
